British Museum

After our flight from Melbourne, we arrived at our hotel at Kings Cross in London, late in the afternoon. As soon as we had checked in, we had a delicious shower and changed into some clean clothes before setting off on the underground to get to the British Museum. The museum has late opening on Thursday evenings and we wanted to make the most of every minute. There is so much to see at the British Museum, even though we have been there on some previous visits to London, there is always something new to see ... as well as old favourites.
