There had been a community art project involving artists decorating bear sculptures that were placed at many different locations around the city. Lynn managed to show us quite a few of them which we photographed. I will sahre a selection of those that I photographed. It was great to see the diverse treatments of the same cast sculpture of a bear. In the past we had seen similar projects in Jerusalem where a lion had been the selected animal while in Zurich I had seen a cow shaped sculpture used with similar creativity and diversity.
