The Darling Waterfall and Whiskey Creek Waterfall

There are several beautiful waterfalls in the area where I spent my childhood. The Guide Falls were the most accessable. Some of the other falls that I visited are the Sanderson Falls, the Pet Falls, the Darling Falls and the Whiskey Creek Falls. I have nice old postcards in my collection featuring the Darling and Whiskey Creek. These photographs would have been taken in the very early 1900s ... about 100 years ago.

Jack,

Lovely, lovely pic!

I looked it up in Trove and there are reports of the NW Tourist Association having the photographs taken of 'the beauty spots at Myrtle Creek and Whiskey Creek.' Whiskey Creek is said to be "a Paradise of beauty."

This is in 1910.
