We arrive in Rochester, upstate NY
We had a long day of travel on Monday 24th ... Charlottetown - Halifax - Toronto - Rochester. Cindy and Patrick Ravines invited us to stay with them for a few days before we travelled on to Chicago. It was wonderful to see them again. We became very close friends in Haifa where they had lived and served at the Baha'i World Centre for 19 years before moving to Rochester where Patrick now works as a photography conservator at George Eastman House and Museum.
Patrick's mother, Grace has recently moved from New York to live in Rochester as well. She is a very keen and gifted potter and she kindly took us to see the studio where she is currently working on several projects.
