The Beara Peninsular

We decided to spend the day exploring the Beara Peninsular. We particularly wanted to find some stone circles and to investigate the Dursey Island cable car. This peninsular used to be a refuge for smugglers as it is quite remote and sparsley populated. The coast line is quite spectacular but the roads are quite narrow so it was often difficult to find a place off the road to park and to take photographs.
