After breakfast at the hotel we took a taxi to Gare du Nord where we checked in for the return trip on the Eurostar. Although the lines were initially long, we were soon processed through security and ticketing checks as well as Passport control - first by the French and then by the English. We passed all aspects of the process and proceeded to the waiting area.
